Richard Hamilton

Richard and Linda Hamilton are passionate adventure seekers who enjoy the offerings of the Pacific Northwest and the closer-to-home Sierra Nevada, Mojave, and Anza Borrego gems. Both former technical writers for the automotive industry, current desire is focused on getting out to explore with the vehicles they once only wrote about. They’re currently sporting a 2018 4Runner ORP named “Bumble”, and a 2024 Tundra Pro named “Chief”. Depending on the adventure’s venue, a Gen 1 Patriot X1-H camper named “Cornelius” will be in tow and their two cattle dogs, “Tobin” and “Miska” will tag along.

Jeff Bauer

Jeff and Farrah Bauer are avid off-roaders who’ve been riding motorcycles and ATVs since they were children. In the past, Jeff and Farrah were Jeep owners but sold the CJ7 to upgrade to a Land Cruiser. Now 1996 80 series, nicknamed “Bruiser” and a 1972 40 Series Land Cruiser nicknamed “Badger” fill the garage. The Bauers love to get out and explore new areas around Anza Borrego on weekends and try to do a couple of multi-day off-roading trips throughout the year.
